Mental Health is so important and this year more than ever I learned how much mental illness or disorders can affect our children. Genetics plays a role in the mental health of our children, as do other factors such as stress, abuse or a traumatic event. If one of these occurs it can trigger a mental health illness (or crisis) who has an inherited susceptibility to it. for more information around Mental Health check out: WebMD
