You have to try this one-it’s easy, can be fun š and so yummy and moist! If you know me at all, I use my crockpot for dinners 90% of the time but this is not a crockpot recipe! But this doesnāt take too long and if we donāt have anything going on that night, then Iām okay eatting a little later. Otherwise, when I get home around 6/630 I like to have the dinner ready to eat! But this one is super simple!
Just a few ingredients:
- 2 lbs Boneless/skinless chicken tenderloins (I do extra so I have leftovers for my lunch)
- 2 sleeves of Ritz cracker
- salt, pepper and garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9×13 dish with nonstick cooking spray. Put ritz crackers in a gallon bag and crush āem ( this is my sons favorite part š) Add a little salt, pepper and garlic powder to the bag and shake to mix. Ā Have 2 bowls, 1 with the eggs that are whisked and 1 with the cracker mixture. Rinse chicken, flip in the eggs and roll it around in the crackers and lay in pan.Repeat for the rest of the chicken. Once chicken is all coated, cut up butter into slim slices and randomly lay on chicken. Cook uncovered in oven for about 30 minutes.
This is something the whole family likes šš» . Typically, 2 of my kids like their chickenĀ plain, but this recipe was a hit with them! I pair this chicken recipe with some scallop potatoes (boxed) and steamed broccoli. This chicken is great to warm up through out the week for lunch and warming it up on a bun with a little mayonnaise, is amazing š
Enjoy! š„¦š„š
(And FYI this picture does contain stuffing on the side, so it may look a little different)
