Another Strawberry Dessert :)

Alright, I know I post a lot of desserts with strawberries, they are defiantly one of our families favorites! and really any dessert with fruit, is an added bonus, if you know what I’m saying 😉

I made this for a birthday party this past weekend and had a lot of great compliments! It was a hit! 🥳


  1. Strawberries – about 3 lbs
  2. Honey Graham Crackers 1 box – use about 1 1/2 packages
  3. 3 Containers of Cool Whip (8 oz container)

Now just layer. Use a 9×13 pan (glass is pretty because it shows the layers nicely) so fancy right?! So the First layer will be cool whip, coat the bottom with a thinner layer. Next lay your graham crackers on top covering the layer of cool whip (use about 7 or 8 crackers). Third, another layer of cool whip, a little thicker than the first layer. Then Graham crackers. Top with Strawberries, then cool whip, then finish with strawberries.

Refrigerate for about 3-4 hours, or overnight. Then serve chilled.

Summer Strawberry Pie


Let me be honest, I LOVE sweets!!! 😋but I don’t care for fruit pies too much, except strawberry and maybe apple. So when a coworker shared this strawberry pie 🥧 recipe years and years ago, I was stoked about how easy it was AND how good it was!!

So I know this is one recipe I had to share!


1. Pie Shell:

  • Buy an already made pie shell, I like the frozen ones 👍🏻 but if you know how to make and roll out your own pie dough more power to you….and I’m jealous!
  • 2. Strawberries
  • so I’m terrible, I don’t really know how many strawberries I use 😬, but I slice up and just fill the baked pie crust to the rim.
  • 3. For the Glaze:
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 T of corn starch
  • Mix strawberries, water and sugar first. Then add the cornstarch.
  • Put over the stove at medium high heat, stirring constantly, until it is thick and clear.
  • Allow to cool.
  • Pour over strawberries in crust and chill for a few hours in the fridge.
  • Then grab some cool whip and enjoy friends 🙂
  • *one side note – the last few times I made this it came out sloppy, but it still tasted amazing! Just had to use a bowl instead 😉
